Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for bookings made through Akira Homes. By booking a property through our Services, you agree to this Policy.

General Refund Terms

1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined based on the cancellation policy associated with the property booking. Each property listing specifies its own cancellation policy, which can be viewed before making a booking.

2. Cancellation Policies: Full refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before check-in. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of check-in, the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded.

Special Circumstances

1. Host Cancellation: If a Host cancels a booking, the Guest will receive a full refund, including any service fees.

2. Property Issues: If there are significant issues with the property upon arrival that were not disclosed in the listing, Guests should report the issue to both the Host and the Owner within 24 hours of check-in. If the issue is validated, a partial or full refund may be issued at the Owner's discretion.

3. Natural Disasters and Unforeseen Events: In cases of natural disasters or other unforeseen events that make it impossible for the Guest to stay at the property, the Company will work with both parties to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a partial or full refund.
